What will happen in sessions

We would start by discussing why you've come, and what you were hoping to achieve. I will ask you questions about the situation you find yourself in, and work out with you how events in the past and your beliefs about those things, have affected what has happened. This will help us to see what changes you would like to make, to move forward in a different way. Frequency of sessions would be discussed with you. You might like to consider setting up a session to see what it's like.
